Malta, 75cl x 6 bottles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Delicata\u2019s <strong>2024<\/strong> Gran Cavalier Chardonnay, DOK Malta, Superior was fermented in French oak barriques and aged on its fine lees , adding depth and complexity to its voluptuous character. This inimitable Chardonnay was further bottle-aged in climate-controlled vaults.<\/p>\n<p>It is a full-flavoured dry wine produced from bunch-pressed Chardonnay grapes that were handpicked from two individual pocket-sized vineyards. The 2024 Gran Cavalier is no heavy archetype built on severe oak maturation that would subdue its fruity charm.
